replacement aluminum mesh filter on range hood
I cleaned the the aluminum mesh filter on my range hood using a strong caustic oven cleaner, which was a mistake, because it dissolved the aluminum material. So I was stuck with trying to find a replacement filter. I was unable to find a replacement filter of the size needed. So I decided to make my own filter using the original filter frame. I took this stainless steel screen, cut it to a size so I could fold it to make multiple layers sandwiched together, removed the damaged filter and installed the multi-layer screen in the original aluminum channel frame. It seems to work fine. Time will tell, I guess.

Great for greenhouse flooring
greenhouse had gaps in the floor boards for air circulation. Unfortunately this would also allow pests to come in. Stapled this to the floor. I can even roll my heavier items across it on casters.

I use this to cover my vents so the ferrets don't get too curious.
This wonderful product has the hole diameters and softness of screen door mesh.
It has very small holes and is metal which is what our fire department requires.
the material is durable and has held up with nails to anchor into moulding and staples for dry wall.
On carpet, duct tape will hold in place.
