Condition: this was used but has been packed aways for years, I can't get it to fully go up. see photos. I am thinking whatever it could be fixed as all the parts pushing it up are intact and i got it once but now it seems to be stuck. selling as is. looks like a piece of tape was in there making it work perfect for us. i think all plastic pcs are in there correctly so it would likely be an easy fix for someone.

child size umbrella From Frozen the first movie. This was my daughters, but it is a slight bit defective. Likely an easy fix. I just don't want to mess with anymore and didn't want to damage it. It does go up just was not fully out, see photos. I am unsure what is causing it. other than that it is good but it is used note may have a few areas that are not perfect, but no snags or anything. All pink with anna and Elsa on it and designs. Cute
