SECURITY FEATURES OF 1994-2013 POLISH LEGAL TENDER BANKNOTES
In April 2014, Polish National Bank introduced security updated series with similar design but very high level security features. First release is for all four lower denomination, new 200 PLN notes will be introduced a bit later as it already has more advanced security. More information can be found under the link below (unfortunately is is still available only in Polish).
SECURITY FEATURES OF 2014 NEW SERIES POLISH LEGAL TENDER BANKNOTES
The 1st series that was introduced 20 years ago is already finished and will not be produced anymore (All Polish actual legal tender notes are currently printed by PWPW (Polish Security Printing Works)) but will remain in circulation with no deadline (until end of natural lifetime of approx. 2-5 years). All notes kept in collections will be still legal tender with same rules as the new series.
