Vintage Art-Deco Fur/Dress Clip-It-Old Marcel Boucher Mark??? Hard to See

This listing is for a Vintage Art-Deco Fur/Dress Clip-It is Signed but Unreadable To Me. The clip is 3” long and about 1” wide at widest point. I think it is made from Pot Metal but I am not sure, it also appears to have gold-wash – you can see some peeling along the edge and one spot on the front and most of it on the back. There is two tiny rhinestones missing. The clip is nice and tight. It has two marks on the back and I cannot make out what it is (If you know would you please share).
